Welcome from the Pastor & First Lady!
Hello, welcome to Exousia Ministries’ website. My name is Pastor Darryl W. Joyce. I am so very pleased that you have chosen to browse our website. We have designed this website to be an “extension” of our worship services. It is my desire that everyone that logs into our website receive the same touch from Jesus, the Anointed One, and His Anointing, that people receive upon attending our worship services every week! The website provides information that you can use to strengthen your daily walk with the Lord Jesus Christ. For example, I encourage you to click on our tab entitled, “My Daily Faith Confessions”—there you will find power pact and faith filled confessions that spoken out loud daily will change your life forever! Also, click on the tab labeled “Pastor’s Help Desk” and you will find scriptures that I expound on every Sunday during our worship services that will help you successfully navigate through the challenges and circumstances of life. Most importantly, on our website you can review and study my weekly sermon outlines. I assure you that if you diligently apply these teachings to your life, the abundant life that Jesus Christ came to give us all will manifest in your life!
By now, we have all heard of the tragic passing of Norell and Zyana Harris of Germantown, Maryland. We offer our deepest sympathy and prayers to all the families involved. We also pray for the full recovery of Martello and Janiya Harris who were injured in the incident.
As mentioned in our press release on this past Wednesday, the parties who are alleged in these crimes are former members of our church. They were not members of our church at the time the crimes were committed. In fact, they left our church several months ago.
The acts of the accused parties, of using some sort of religious rite, to remove demons from the children is in no way condoned or promoted by Exousia Ministries. Also, Exousia Ministries in no way commissioned the accused parties, nor any other person in our congregation, to perform dance rituals to chase away evil spirits, either within or outside of our church, as has been reported in the media.
We chose to remain silent on this horrific tragedy for several days to respect the wishes of the bereaved families for privacy, and to allow the Montgomery County, Maryland Police Department to conduct its investigation.
May God grant the families peace and comfort in their time of sorrow.
Dear friend, have you made Jesus the Lord of your life? If not, please take this moment and consider your life and ways. Just ask yourself, if I died today, where would I spend eternity? If you can not answer for certain that Heaven is your eternal destination, take this opportunity right now to secure your eternal future. The Bible says at Romans 10: 9 that if a person will confess with their mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in their heart that God has raised Jesus from the dead, they shall be saved.
To receive the gift of eternal life, please repeat this simple prayer of salvation aloud with all your heart.
“Lord Jesus, I am a sinner. I am sorry for my sins and the life I have lived. I ask for your forgiveness from my sins, I invite you to come and live in my heart. I believe you shed your blood on your cross at Calvary, died, and arose again for me. I confess you as my Lord and Savior. Thank you, Jesus for saving me.” Amen.
If you prayed this prayer, welcome to the family of Christ Jesus. Now that you are in the royal family of Christ Jesus, it is imperative that you join a Bible teaching Christ centered church in your area so that you can learn how to live a victorious life for Jesus. Following your repentance of sin and acceptance of Jesus as Lord, you must receive water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. (Acts 2:38) This completes the plan of salvation for you. Please call Darryl Joyce on (301) 253-2120, or e-mail us www.darryljoyceministries.org and let him know that you have just made the best decision of your life. Finally, feel free to come and worship with us at Exousia Ministries at any time. You will find our services refreshing, relevant, and rewarding.
