Welcome from the Pastor & First Lady!
Hello, welcome to Exousia Ministries’ website. My name is Pastor Darryl W. Joyce. I am so very pleased that you have chosen to browse our website. We have designed this website to be an “extension” of our worship services. It is my desire that everyone that logs into our website receive the same touch from Jesus, the Anointed One, and His Anointing, that people receive upon attending our worship services every week! The website provides information that you can use to strengthen your daily walk with the Lord Jesus Christ. For example, I encourage you to click on our tab entitled, “My Daily Faith Confessions”—there you will find power pact and faith filled confessions that spoken out loud daily will change your life forever! Also, click on the tab labeled “Pastor’s Help Desk” and you will find scriptures that I expound on every Sunday during our worship services that will help you successfully navigate through the challenges and circumstances of life. Most importantly, on our website you can review and study my weekly sermon outlines. I assure you that if you diligently apply these teachings to your life, the abundant life that Jesus Christ came to give us all will manifest in your life!
“STINKING THINKING” (PART 1)
God never changes! Malachi 3:6, says, “I am the Lord, I change not.” Jesus Christ is the same today, yesterday, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). God’s person, words, and ways are always the same. God is the only constant. He created eternity and the universe. God is the sole creator of “ALL.” Everything that is created in heaven, earth, and beneath the earth for all eternity has been made to worship God, alone (Revelation 14:7).
Psalm 95:6 unfolds how mankind is to worship God. We are to “bow down and kneel before the Lord our maker.” Worship of God has several dimensions. Physically, we worship by bowing our knees and lying prostrate before God. From our spirit (heart), we pour out meditations and expressions of how we revere, respect, trust, and “love” God. We adore God, just like a dog licks his master’s hand over and over. Our worship also has a dimension, called “duty”—meaning, we completely subject ourselves to God’s commands because He’s God! Without obedience to His commands there is no true worship of God! Lastly, our worship of God compels us to assemble ourselves with others to talk about the greatness of God, and together we bow down and worship Him. From our worship of God great and mighty things happen (Psalm 86: 9-10). Everything created, is for the purpose of worshiping God!
Exousia Ministries Incorporated is a Christ-centered Bible teaching non-denominational church. Our mission is to preach and teach the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ to every person, baptizing them under the authority of Jesus Christ—in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. Further, our mission is to teach the Word of God with clarity and simplicity so that every Christian grows into a complete and mature disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ.
